Elizabeth question.

I was surprized by the earrings too.
It looks like they come out, heh? And just
stick back into the head - like long nails?
Are they supposed to be removable? Addy's
and Josefina's don't come out. Maybe they're
going to sell changable, real earrings for
Elizabeth - and then of course matching ones
for girls too. (SIGH... I am starting to be weary of
Mattel and its marketing plans. All this new
stuff and new dolls is overwhelming.)

I thought there was some safety code that required the earrings to be permanent. The cards that come with Addy and Josephina both say that.

Does anyone know if this has changed.


Also- does anyone know how to make Addy's earrings go back to the original color? Age has turned them green. (Let me guess, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser? It seems to work on everything.)

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I would guess the age has just changed. They will probably have a "product appropriate for 8 and up" right under Elizabeth in the catalogues.

I was wondering if any one who has Elizabeth could take a close up picture of her face and ears? I was wondering about her earrings. I was looking at the club exclusives, and was shocked to realize that she had earrings. I was hoping she could be my Mini me, but I don't have earrings.

Elizabeth actually comes with two sets of stud earrings and a few paris of drops that slide off and on to the stud earrings to give them different looks. You're right about the small parts, but I would think that the standard AG ages 8 and up would apply.
